Ibis Styles Madrid Prado Hotel, Madrid

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a peaceful rest despite some light entering on the fourth floor. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and lovely complimentary amenities. The location was amazing, centrally located near major attractions and public transportation. The dining experience was varied and delicious, enhancing my overall stay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were perfectly clean, but they felt warm and stuffy even when it was cool outside; having air-conditioning was a relief. However, not having a window to open was a downside, and it would have been nice to have a mini-bar and a kettle in the room.

The hotel offers a spacious and clean room with obliging and super-friendly service. The location is superb, right in the heart of Sol, with wonderful proximity to major attractions. The dining experience is standard but better than many others. Overall, a great value for money stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were well-equipped with everything you could need, including a luxurious bathrobe and a Nespresso machine. The only downside was the lack of windows that could be opened, but it's manageable. The service here was top-notch, pointing us to amazing places to explore. The location was superb, offering easy access to the best attractions in historical Madrid. Dining options were a bit lacking in variety, but overall a decent experience. The facilities were excellent, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Ask much for that room despite the central position. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to help us, even with our limited Spanish.
